This was the most comfortable I've felt eating in a restaurant since my diagnosis. As others have mentioned, someone comes out to explain CC procedures, and the staff is generally very knowledgeable. The server explained why the prime rib was GF at 10oz but not at 14oz (crispy onions were included but not listed on the 14) and made the modification so I could have the larger cut. But most importantly, the food was delicious and I had zero symptoms after.
