I was told the fries are in a shared fryer but should be safe for my celiac son “because it gets up to 350°F which kills the enzyme”, by a kitchen staff member, not wait staff. I said no, they need to be separate, done in the oven, and they had no problem with that. They just don’t seem to be super educated about GF.
