I ordered the gluten free chicken soup and sent it back due to lack of flavor. I then proceeded to order a salad and it came with croutons😓 I was scared to send it back but I told my waiter (sierra) and she was A-MAZING! She was totally understanding and was unbelievably nice about it. I told her I didn’t want to replace it with anything else but she insisted on giving me another salad (without croutons) on the house! This means a great deal now a days especially to someone with celiac. Thanks sierra!!💗

I’ve eaten here twice and once they failed to tell me that the fries are in a shared frier and once they included an item in my delivery (and placed in the same container as my meal) that contains gluten even though I specifically said that I have a severe gluten allergy (because many people don’t know what celiac is).

OK. Server able to make suggestions from menu - no gf option for bun so lettuce wrap on burger. Food average.

Pretty good. Not a dedicated gf restaurant, but the food is yummy. Know that the gf menu is slightly old. I had steak fries with my burger (no gf bun, just wrapped). And the fries are all fried in the same fryer, so there is cross contamination. All in all it was good!
As far as restaurants go, The Kettle does okay. They don't offer any gluten-free substitutes, like gluten-free bread or muffins. But they do have a gluten-free menu, and my server was knowledgeable about gluten allergies and avoiding cross contamination. They offer breakfast all day, so there were extra choices of naturally gluten-free foods.
