Recently opened, so the staff is not 100% on everything, but the manager(?) came over when I asked about gluten free, and was able to answer my questions. No dedicated fryer, and their fried are beer battered anyway. They don’t make the chips in house, so I was told those would be good. They have a variety of bun options for burgers and sandwiches, which is their main fare. Schar brand ciabatta and hoagie roll and an Udis hamburger bun. They also have a variety of ice cream, which I imagine has a decent risk of cross contamination from the flavors that are glutinous. I got a burger on the ciabatta roll with chips. Burger was fine, don’t recommend the ciabatta as it was too small, the burger bun is probably better for it. The chips were pretty good.
