Everything on the menu is labeled and will list what’s gluten free and what can be made gluten free. They have a large selection of food that’s gluten free that usually wouldn’t be at a normal restaurant (like fried calamari). Everything I had was so good, I almost questioned if it wasn’t gluten free! I can’t believe how many appetizers were gf and most of the desserts were as well. I’m pretty sensitive to cross contamination and didn’t get sick at all. I definitely trust this place.
