They have 2 kinds of wasabi. Both times I have been here they brought my food with wasabi that's not gluten free.
I consider this restaurant high risk for cross contamination. They did not seem knowledgeable about celiac. I had issues from CC both times I've eaten here. I informed them I had celiac and need for gluten free each time I ordered. However, I didn't go into detail of how to prevent cross contamination (clean knife/board etc.) and I should have!
The food is very good. Fish is good quality. Nice assortment of nigiri in the assorted nigiri menu item.
Food ordered : Hamachi special roll (no sauces) , assorted nigiri, salmon Maki, mango maki
Gluten free options not shown on the menu but they are very knowledgeable when it comes to gluten allergies and will make adjustments or substitutions to most things on the menu when they can. They also offer gluten free soya sauce for the sushi.
