They have 2 kinds of wasabi. Both times I have been here they brought my food with wasabi that's not gluten free.
I consider this restaurant high risk for cross contamination. They did not seem knowledgeable about celiac. I had issues from CC both times I've eaten here. I informed them I had celiac and need for gluten free each time I ordered. However, I didn't go into detail of how to prevent cross contamination (clean knife/board etc.) and I should have!
The food is very good. Fish is good quality. Nice assortment of nigiri in the assorted nigiri menu item.
Food ordered : Hamachi special roll (no sauces) , assorted nigiri, salmon Maki, mango maki
