Incredibly knowledgable and careful staff. With no dedicated menu they knew what I could have and if there was even a fraction of uncertainty they went to check with the chef which made me feel incredibly safe. Most proteins were gf, just couldn’t have the sauces. Fries are in a dedicated fryer (woo!). I had brisket, fries, spicy parmesan corn which was all delicious! Definitely recommend! They do the best cocktails too, my personal fave is the lychee delight
