The Kouzzina

Out waiter was knowledgeable about celiac and offered gluten free flatbread to go with the wonderful Tomato and Roasted Pepper Soup. He was unable to answer a question about one of the dishes but popped into the kitchen and came back quickly with a definitive answer from the chef.

The menu is Mediterranean-ish with some nicely spiced dishes - I had the Mussels Marinara which were nicely cooked with a hint of chili.

Recommended for lunch or dinner.

Just ate at Kouzzina, it was amazing. They understand gluten free. I had the salmon, it was the best I ever had!!

I highly recommend their GF red pepper soup. They have GF penne pasta and are very knowledgeable about what types of sauces can go with it. They have really delicious homemade GF Caesar dressing that they sell at the entrance in their market area. They have GF flatbread to go with their appetizer dips. Definitely worth a visit!

Excellent choice for a mid upscale restaurant. Serving staff well informed about the restrictions of gluten and the chef even questioned an ingredient they weren’t sure of. I felt very well taken care of.
