THE LAMPPOST CAFE

This was called The Lamppost- which was a dogs cafe. It’s now called The Lantern and is still dog friendly but not so much dog oriented.Staff seem to understand gluten free and have a few choice of gluten free cakes. I had chocolate brownie but there were also rocky road one more non-chocolate thing I can’t remember. They’re clearly shown in the front cabinet but on top so no crumbs can drop onto them. Lovely service and food. Noticed on the menu they do gluten free bread so I believe some sandwiches can be made gluten free. Dog friendly cafe! Don’t go if you’re not a dog person as it’s always full of dogs! Perfect place for dog lovers though.
