I tried this restaurant as I didn’t have much other options and worked out with the waitress what to they could make me safely. She had a wheat allergy and was knowledgeable about celiac, and straight up told me that she didn’t think anything was really safe for me. However, I was also told that the kitchen staff had a huge kitchen with different prep areas, so for example veggies never came in to contact with gluten until putting the meal together. Together with the waitress I opted for a salmon entree with some adaptations: oven-roasted salmon wrapped in foil, baked potato wrapped in foil, pan seared veggies en side salad without croutons. Non of it had sauce or spices etc. It all came out well and I enjoyed having a freshly cooked meal, even tho it was plain. They were incredibly considerate and very kind to work something out with me. Didn’t get sick!
