I literally eat here every weekend. The syrups/flavorings are GF, and they order GF cheese bread from the cheese bread factory down the road in Newtown. Everything is delicious, and if you tell them it’s an allergy they take it very seriously. Never gotten sick here and food is DELISH

They’ve got brazilian cheese bread from the cheese bread factory here. Got my breakfast sandwich with it. They also have a selection of power bars/fruit snacks/ etc that are gluten free. Salads available as well. And of course awesome coffee/cappuccinos/lattes! I was so glad to see this because I love this place and have been gluten free for 3 months as I have recently discovered that I am gluten intolerant (not celiac)
