The Lift at Cascade

I was there for an event with several meal options. A couple were gluten free so I chose one of those. They brought out salads with croutons, we explained that I had CD and needed a fresh salad without the croutons. Turns out the owner has CD as well. They made me a fresh safe salad and she confirmed with me that the meal that I ordered was safe. Looking at the menu, they have many options for us.
