The chef is amazing and just came out to ask my daughter what she would like and he would make it. Advised me about their cleaning before, dedicated area and fryer and understood all about cross contamination as his grandmother is coeliac. Only issue is the deserts are done by bar staff who are not as well versed but had no reaction at all.
