My mom and I are both vegan and I have Celiac. We are here last night are absolutely loved it! Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The chickpea beet burger was INCREDIBLE and my mom really liked her roasted cauliflower. The only thing I would change is that I wish they had some more robust vegan dessert options (choices were a sorbet or berry bowl) to go with the tasty and creative vegan entree choices.
Staff asked first thing if anyone had any food allergies. Very knowledgeable. The menu is completely gluten free, but my non-celiac daughter was also delighted with the meal! Tacos, chickpea beet burger and the veggies with trio dip was all delicious.
Awesome lil place! From decor, to menu to servers... awesome! Food was upscale and filing! Does not disappoint! All of it is GF!
Having a husband with celiacs and traveling sometimes has it challenges. Going to The Little Beet Table was super awesome bc it is 100% gluten free. the food is amazing..steak was cooked perfectly.. would definitely go again. Only complaint is that service was extremely slow.
Absolutely fantastic. Everything gluten free. Everything.
I LOVE THIS PLACE. entirely gluten free and fabulous. Every single dish is amazing but I love the cauliflower hummus and the roasted sweet potatoes and the squash cavatelli.
Outstanding food and service. A bit pricey but 100% gf celiac safe and quality, delicious food.
Stopped here based on other recs on this app. Did not disappoint. Friendly staff willing to answer all questions. The place is truly 100% GF. I am returning everytime I am in Chicago. Food was delicious. Had the sweet potato toast and eggs and wife had maple French toast. Both sooo good.
Excellent food and service and such a relief to be able to eat anything on the menu and no fear of cross-contamination.
Restaurant is completely gf and I had the most amazing autumn squash soup. So flavorful and the added pumpkin seeds added nice texture. Baby kale salad was also tasty and very large really more of a main course than an appetizer. Highly recommend.
Love supporting a restaurant that we can safely dine at wife my daughter who has Celiac. Impressive selection but food was bland. Service was slow & Ok; it was as if last night was their first rodeo, so nothing to rave about. kids had the burgers & sweet potatoes. Mustard & ketchup were made in house. My husband had the chicken; bland City. I had the branzino; moist but the dish lacked color texture & flavor. We tried the sides—sweet potatoes were very good but we didn’t realize each child (there were 4) received an entire sweet potato with their meal. Brussels were good but only 1/2 were roasted long enough. The zucchini was fair with a strange sauce that accompanied it. I wasn’t wowed by this place and based on the 5-Stars from other reviewers, I guess I expected better. With so many other options in this city, it’s doubtful we’ll be back.
I felt like crying this place was so delightful. Everything is safe and inventive as well. It is so rare to find a gf restaurant. I enjoyed the french toast. It was tender and flavorful. I did not get sick. A must try if you are in town.
Tasty food- beet and chickpea burger was very delicious.
We had two dinners here and all food was GF and waiters were great and food was super. It is perfect for Celiacs like me.
Whole restaurant is gluten free. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend!
Super friendly and helpful staff. Easily maneuvered my dairy free options as well. Will go back for sure!
Delicious! Amazing gluten free food!
Our son was only recently diagnosed as celiac and our visit to Chicago was our first family trip where he had to eat out 100% of the time. We were really excited when we found out the Little Beet Table was a 100% GF restaurant. My son could not believe he could eat everything on the menu. He ordered the hamburger and loved it, then ordered a yummy ice cream and strawberry desert. Our entire family enjoyed their meals; appetizers, entrees and deserts. I would say it was a little pricey but its Chicago and well worth it for the peace of mind to know my son could eat anything on the menu.
Came here for brunch. We got thick cut bacon (cooked perfectly), seasonal berries in coconut cream, and best of all the French toast. Perfect combination of slightly sweet and savory. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Chicago!
So yummy! Lots of options, food was really, really good, and I definitely felt 100% safe eating here. I stayed at a hotel around the corner from the restaurant and ate there several times during my trip. Wine selection is good too.
Excellent and Unique!
good food. no problem for Celiac.
Wonderful place! We ordered the pumpkin soup, sweet potatoes, crunchy rice and roasted chicken. For desert the tres leches cake. Super tasty.
Omg! The best!!! Everything is gf on the menu. Very easy to do dairy free too.
Great service, great food. Felt weird not asking for a gf menu. They use bread from Wheat's End so it's good. Save room for dessert- the peach apple crumble is fantastic.
Completely gluten free establishment so it was an amazing, celiac safe dining experience! Perfect place for a date night. Must try the cauliflower hummus topped with popcorn...it was outstanding!
Entire Restaurant is gluten free. Make sure you save room for desert.
