Everything here is gluten free! I got a grilled cheese sandwich with ham and it was delicious. I also got a chocolate chip cookie but they had plenty of other desserts like cakes, cupcakes, and breads. The other people in my party are not GF and they all enjoyed their GF meals!

This great coffee shop and cafe is almost 100% gluten free and organic. They have a wonderful selection of gluten free sandwiches and desserts. Enjoyed the food very much.

I was so impressed! We had lunch and dessert! The grilled cheese and Turkey bruschetta sandwiches were delicious! We sampled the German chocolate cake, & shared thebanana chocolate chip cupcake and strawberry cupcakes. Everything was delicious!

Amazing! They’re so friendly and love that the whole place is GF. They also have vegan baked goods for me since I can’t have egg or dairy right now. They had bread that was also vegan and GF as well.

Everything I’ve had was good there and my family doesn’t mind since it doesn’t taste any different.

I love their vegan GF bumpy cake :)

Stopped in to check this place out. Had a chicken summer salad. It was delicious. Definitely worth trying in my opinion.

If I only made more money so I could afford to eat there more often.

Everything is gluten free. They are very knowledgeable about other allergies as well. Great soup, sandwiches, coffee, and smoothies. They have non-dairy milk and Daiya cheese available. Try the cinnamon rolls, they are amazing!

This place was wonderful! They are the nicest and very knowledgeable. My daughter has Celiac and an egg allergy. We NEVER go out to eat. I am a happy Mom. I waited 3 days to put in a review and not only is she showing zero signs of gluten, but she finally found a pizza she liked and would eat cold. We were visiting family and live 6 hours away. My son, also, really liked his club sandwich and he can eat without restrictions. They are very kid friendly with lots of fun toys and crafts to keep them entertained.

This is one of our favorite lunch locations! Their paninis are awesome. Everything is GF and they make it while you wait. They have smoothies salads and delicious desserts too. The lines do get long so go early. The downtown area is beautiful for outdoor eating. Love this place!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and the entire restaurant is a dedicated gluten free facility. They also have paleo wraps and will work with you if you have allergies to nuts, rice, corn or dairy.

EVERYTHING is delicious! Smoothies in the summer, cinnamon rolls are to die for, Snickerdoodle cookies my fave! Try the BLTA (bacon lettuce tomato avocado)! Super friendly, wonderful atmosphere! Great Christian bookstore right next door too! Walk down to the water, make a day of it! So much to enjoy!

I love this place. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgable! Great tasting healthy food that is safe for celiacs and the hypersensitive like myself! I've sampled a decent number of their offerings and always good! If you don't want tortilla chips with your panini they'll substitute with carrots, the soups have been awesome, and I love their smoothies! Green monster is my favorite! The Christian atmosphere is peaceful, welcoming and relaxing. Bit pricey but reasonably so.
