The Loaded Bowl

Loaded Bowl is so good! We had them cater our wedding and it was a hit. Nobody even knew it was gluten free and vegan. Since it is vegan it is somewhat low on protein but that is my only issue.

Everything was not gluten free though most things were or had an option to be. I got the mac n cheese green bowl, a chocolate chip cookie sandwich, garlic bread the gluten free version, and a no bake cookie. I wanted to check it out from finding it here in the app. I’m glad I tried it. They were busy for a Friday evening and it seems like they have a good regular crowd. I would eat here again.

Probably one of the best kept secrets in OKC. They were so helpful, patient, and attentive to my allergies. Even called to confirm. Love the food. We tried the Nachos, Mac Cheeze and potato bowl. The queso and sour cream were better than the dairy version. Absolutely loved it. We will be back!

Run to The Loaded Bowl! I am gluten free and dairy free and this was amazing! I ordered the orange chicken bowl with maple chili chicken and it was one of the best things ever. Gluten free fried rice is so rare and the sauce was spicy and flavorful. IN LOVE! I also ordered a side of garlic bread which I never have, so it was such a treat.

Great food! I ordered the orange chicken bowl and asked it to be made GF but it turns out it’s already GF! It is rather spicy tho. I also believe the lady was saying all the bowls were GF but double check.

Got takeout here last night! They are only doing takeout due to COVID at this time. The food was absolutely delicious. I got the orange chicken bowl which is gluten free. The other options on the menu are marked if they are gluten free or can be made gluten free. Also did not get sick! They also have baked goods. I got a s’mores cookie which I haven’t ate yet but I am sure it will be just as delicious. Seriously cannot wait to go back here!

I eat here often. My favorite is the orange chicken bowl. Almost everything is gluten-free. They also have baked goods and some of those are gluten-free. The food is delicious!

I read all the reviews prior to going and was excited to try some nachos after my half marathon, however it was Saturday and they only served a limited menu for brunch, with 2 out of the 3 menu options being GF. Well let me say the breakfast Potato Bowl was Amazing, I wish we had a restaurant like this where we live. If we come back to OKC we will come back to the Loaded Bowl!

This is one of the very few places safe for us to eat. My son has severe celiac and has never had a reaction here. The Lowded Bowl is very careful and preps all gluten free seperately!

This was some of the best gluten free vegan food I've ever had. We were traveling through Oklahoma and decided to stop in. The spring bowl, cashew Mac and cheese and the Loaded nachos were superb. The service as very friendly and they were very knowledgeable when asked questions about allergens. If only we had one of these where we live! So yummy!

I'm so glad we found this place. The staff was helpful and answered all my questions. The food (I ordered the layered enchiladas) was so good and I didn't get sick. I'll definitely be going back.

Awesome gf menu. Me and my best friend, who has a lactose allergy ordered with no problem. I had the chicken melt and she had special of the day buffalo chicken. We even split a gf donut that was AMAZING!!! However, about an hour later we both got sick. I've had the mac and cheese from the food truck and didn't have an issue. I will be very weary if I try it again.

Oh man! So good! We went for brunch. Pretty much everything on the menu can be made gluten free and the portions are huge! I'm not vegan but I was surprised by how good cashew Mac is and how yummy scrambled tofu can be! So happy to have found this gem in OKC!

Delicious. Everything is vegan and dairy free. Most items can be made gluten free... they have GF bread, buns, wraps, chips, donuts, beer, cider... tons of options.
