I went with a work group, did some research, asked some questions of the waitress and then felt safe enough to eat some basics. I ordered a filet mignon and a baked potato uncut with butter on the side. The filet was one of the best in my life - the kind that just melts in your mouth. I did not have a reaction to anything. I'm looking forward to my next trip to the area just do I can eat there again!
