Great find off the highway in a cute and quaint town. They were very accommodating and honest and said they could do a salad but not a sandwich for celiac for the potential of cross contamination. The salad was delicious! Other people in our group that are sensitive to gluten were able to get a sandwich with their GF bread.

They were out of gluten free bread. They offered to make it a salad but had limited salad dressing - a lemon vinaigrette or oil and vinegar.

A bit expensive, but delicious gourmet sandwiches. Not a huge selection though. They use bread from Gluten Free Creations bakery in Phoenix. Not sure if they use a separate panini press for GF, so stick to the cold sandwiches.

Great, yummy sandwiches with gluten free bread option.

Great sandwich shop. Owner makes sauces from scratch with locally sourced ingredients. Nitrate free local cured meats. GF bread and salad options. VERY accommodating. Celiac friendly.
