The Local - Pub & Teahouse

So disappointed! I have eaten here many times and it's been fine, but I got glutened tonight with a take out order. I paid $6 extra for a gf roll and side salad rather than fries with a grilled chicken sandwich, but I found a cooked piece of pasta underneath the salad. Never going back, never ordering again.

Be aware that the frying oil is shared with gluten ingredients. So fried Brussels and corn chips that accompany Buffalo chicken dip, and all french fries are NOT gluten free. Otherwise, the food was very good.

The Local is my favorite GF place. Great atmosphere, great food, almost the entire menu is GF. They always have 1 or 2 GF beers in the menu. Outside dining option to boot. Truly an establishment for locals.

Excellent waitress. Very knowledgeable about what was gluten free. Had gf buns and accommodated to the gluten allergy. Spot on menu saying to let server know so they can let the kitchen know.

The fries are marked on the menu as gluten free but are fried in a shared fryer!! Please be careful. That being said, they were aware of this and warned me, so I did not eat them.
