The Local

This was the most underwhelming meal I have ever ate. The place was super trendy and the waitress was incredible. We visited The Local on a Sunday around 3:30pm. They were still serving brunch. Out of the entire menu, there were 2 options pointed out- a salad with no dressing (who eats salad without dressing) and the local plate. I found that very odd, considering it was such a trendy place. I opted for that- it came with 2 eggs (I got over easy), I chose country ham as a meat, 2 slices of tomato, No roll and no home fries (because of being GF) but got a tiny cup of fruit instead (that I was charged for). The country ham was like a thin piece of lunch meat warmed up. My meal was finished before my husband even started on his burger.
