The kitchen was extremely accommodating for my celiac! I was able to order pretty much anything on the menu, without having to worry about cross contamination. Nearly every dish was either GF or could be made GF. There were even dessert options. At dinner/lunch, I was offered a different GF bread or dinner roll each time. At breakfast they even brought out a gluten free blueberry muffin before my meal!
