Be sure to eat at the bar and ask for the menu instead of the buffet. The staff at the bar is very knowledgeable on celiac. They were able to recommend several options and I had no issues.

Update: I went back today and they were only serving a limited 3 item menu with no GF options. Be sure to call ahead and ensure they have options before making the drive.
