Happy to find this place as there were quite a few celiac-friendly options on the menu. The chef came out and met me in person when I asked to meet him. He explained the options that could be made gluten-free. The chicken dish I ordered cake with a side of fries. I asked him whether the fries were made in a dedicated frier. He said no they weren’t. So I requested him to swap them for mashed potatoes instead, which he did. I also ate the caramel custard dessert which the menu indicated was gluten-free. Overall, a satisfying experience. I only hope they make it a point to tell celiac guests and those who are extremely sensitive to gluten about the fryer not being dedicated before serving them a side of fries. Thankfully I checked but not everyone will.
