On safety—This is a home bakery specializing in gf baked goods. I only bake with gf ingredients. Ingredients that mention being processed on shared equipment or in a shared facility with gluten /wheat are not used in my baking. There is no baking with gluten done in our home. Our mixers, pans, etc are only used for gf items. I’m unable to claim an entirely gf facility as my husband is not gf. He does not cook or bake with gluten, but there are some processed foods in our home that contain gluten. Any plates, silverware, etc that come into contact with processed foods containing gluten are washed and sanitized before any other use.

I was randomly in Santa Cruz and they were popped up outside of Verve. My partner spotted their booth and said “I think you can eat everything there” … which is always exciting to hear. The cherry hand pie and gochujang blondie were amazing. Looking forward to finding them again next time in town. They even have a list of ingredients for what they are selling if that is something that is important to you.
