I've been looking for gluten free soft pretzels for over over 3 years no so I was extremely excited to find this place. As I am from VT I figured I would buy a few extra to bring home with me. As I said, the food was great for being gluten free, however, the server at the bar (who I believe was the owner) was extremely rude (with us and while helping other customers). h convinced me to buy 2 more pretzels in order to make a platter (5 total) and said it would be cheaper than the menu price of $3 a pretzel, he also told me I could get a preztel bun to go. I got the check and it was $17.50 for the platter...after finally getting his attention he tried to argue with me and had different excuses each time, however, once he realized it did end up coating more (there is no up charge for gf) he stormed into the back room to ask about it and ended up changing I to just 5 pretzels for $3 each (again, 2 more pretzels than I was going to buy). He also charged me the full $8 for the bun and argued because the bun was bigger...I tried to explain that it was still the same as the full sandwich and chips. He proceeded to argue and raise his voice at me and finally just charged it as a $5 pretzel. the whole situation could have been handled nicely but he felt the need to raise his voice and argue. overall not pleased with the place and am not sure if I will be returning do to the disrespect.
