Review of The Margarita at Pine Creek

I went for a wedding, so I'm unsure of the menu options. I had called beforehand to discuss my options for the wedding, and I was told they would make me a plate separate from the buffet so that I would be safe. They told me they would take all precautions, and I felt confident. Unfortunately, when they brought me my plate, there were fried onions on top of my food. They took it back and told me they would remake it, but I wasnt confident at that point.
