The gluten free bread (made in house) is amazing. Staff is knowledgeable and ensures your meal is gf. I did not have any bad reactions from eating here. There are more gf options than noted. You just need to ask.

Very knowledgeable staff. In the middle of nowhere with few other options, the staff really cares about making sure you’re not glutened. It’s not an extensive menu but if you tell your server you can’t have gluten, the kitchen will make sure that nothing is served to you that could have been cross contaminated. Really great experience and able to have a hearty simple meal when I thought I’d be stuck with the snacks in my backpack for the day.

I couldn’t believe how good the bread was on my Starboard sandwich. I confirmed with the waitress it was as GF and she said it was dense (it was) and GF. Highly recommended

I had felafel appetizer for lunch and couldn’t finish it all. Very generous serving, and something I haven’t had in a long time. Really a treat! They even made sauce with coconut yogurt, as I am also dairy free. Attentive, knowledgeable and accommodating server too!

Many items on the menu can be made gluten free! I had the chicken salad sandwich and it was very good and didn’t get sick. Gluten free bread was crumbly but tasted good. No dedicated friers, unfortunately.

Friendly and accommodating staff. I had the whitefish and wild rice and didn’t get sick.
