Always a delicious meal at the Med! Their menu is clearly labeled and one of the owners follows a gluten free diet so they are very knowledgeable and accommodating.

There are both appetizers and entrées clearly marked as gluten-free on the menu. The server was quite knowledgeable and I was informed they also offer gluten-free baked goods through their bakery next-door to the restaurant. I enjoyed the falafel encrusted chicken which I understand is fried by itself in a pan on the stove. Spicy and delicious. Will go there again when in the area. Service was great and my dinner companions very much enjoyed what they ordered (they do not have a wheat allergy).
The food was amazing! Majority of menu is GF. Celiac safe options. Server was knowledgeable and fantastic. Very quaint restaurant.

The owner’s family member has celiac, so they’re very sensitive to GF & celiac needs. Ask for Margaret’s GF raspberry cheesecake for your next special event - it’s expensive, but it’s to die for.

Lots of gluten free choices on menu for people who love middle eastern food. Staff is very educated about food allergies. I had a quinoa tabouli, hummus with fresh veggies and lamb kebab! All was delicious and not reaction! They also have gluten free desserts!
