This is one of the most unique restaurants I've been to. Though you can order everything a la carte, generally you have a four course meal. The appetizer is fruit, bread, vegetables, and apples dipped into cheese fondue (several types you can choose from). Then your choice of salad. Then the entree is several meat options plus vegetables cooked in a pot of several choices of spices. Then for dessert, fruits, cookies, and marshmallows dipped in chocolate, where again you can choose the type of chocolate.
The majority of the menu is available gluten free. This includes gluten free bread and cookies/brownies. There's practically no chance of cross contamination since each table has its own cooking area where you see it being made right in front of you - assuming nobody in your party gets any of the few options with gluten and dips into the fondue, absolutely no need to worry.
The staff is super knowledgeable and what has gluten and it's clearly marked on the menu. Just be prepared in advance - this isn't a casual meal. A four course meal for two, without alcohol, is about a hundred bucks before tips. And takes a couple of hours to eat.
