A program of the Gluten Intolerance Group
Made reservations ahead of time annotating gluten-free requirements. On seating, discussed with waiter and ordered gluten-free menu offerings and substitutes. First course cheese fondu was served with wheat bread; sent back for gluten-free bread. Main course fondu was brought with teriyaki sauce (identified by waiter to have gluten) served in same sauce bowl caddy immediately adjacent to / side-by-side with gluten-free sauces (high concern for cross contamination). For the dessert fondu, low level of trust that brownies were gluten-free. This experience was the exact opposite of dining event in January (which was outstanding).

Excellent experience! As long as your party agrees to choose from the gluten free options (GF clearly marked on menu and there are a lot of options), then your meal will be very safe and delicious. Our server was very knowledgeable on how to prepare our food. The candied nuts in my Caesar salad were delicious, the Memphis style dry rub pork was our favorite meat, and they provided specialty gluten free items (Gf cookie) to dip in the chocolate fondue. Great dinner!

Very clearly marked menu, I never had to remind our server to make anything GF once it was mentioned once he had it. Only thing to be mindful of for celiac is if anyone you're eating with doesn't have all GF meats have them cook those last. Otherwise this was a simple and very enjoyable experience!

Shawn was a lovely server. He explained how all surfaces are wiped clean before preparing gluten free dishes. Started with Wisconsin Cheese fondu with GF bread, veggies and apple, it was delicious. Next was coq au vin fondu with chicken, steak and tuna, all great. Followed by milk chocolate fondu with GF dippers. Everything was delicious.

My husband and I just had a wonderful "Thursdate" experience last night. When making the reservation I indicated I had celiac disease, and the host who seated us also asked about "food allergies." I also heard her ask others as they were walking to their tables, so it reassured me food safety is a priority.
The server explained they were prepared to split the fondue into 2 pots with separate dippers, but we clarified that we would both rather eat GF to prevent any cross contamination at the table. The server knowledgeably participated in this conversation and agreed it was safer for me if we both ate GF. Just wanted to let others know their options before going.
We had a fantastic meal. The menu items were clearly listed as GF and our server was completely familiar with the GF subs. The bread dippers looked so good I wasn't sure if they could really be GF but all was well and delicious too. Even the dessert fondue included GF brownie and cookie dippers.

Extremely celiac friendly. Waiter broke down everything my husband could have, even made sure we knew the shredded cheese did not have flour additives. Gluten free beer available, gf bread dippers and chips too; everything clearly marked.
