Made from scratch fondue experience that you cook at your table. Items on the menu where clearly marked GF or they listed GF alternate ingredients. They have GF bread and dessert trays.
Most importantly, you may ask for a table with two burners. So others in your party of order dishes with gluten and not worry about cross contamination.
The staff is knowledgeable and will work with you.
The drinks are pretty good too!
Had a fun tasty meal. I brought my own udi's baguette precubed. I should have brought some GF brownies, cookies, or cake. I think that the restaurant could offer some of these items, but at least u can bring it in. Only one burner per table for four, so everyone eating will have to eat gluten free!
Didn't ever see a gluten free menu but the staff was very knowledgable of all the gf options they have...which are a lot. They can make any cheese gf and they even have gf BREAD! They also have a whole dessert plate with gf Rice Krispie treats, gf cake and gf brownies. It was a real treat! I had to share the pot with my non gf companions so they brought me my own bowl to put cheese and chocolate in. We were all able to cook our main courses together. Highly recommend this place for my fellow Celiacs!
While the melting pot is one of my favorite restaurants, I will not be visiting this location. My husband called and made reservations and it was noted on our reservation that we needed gluten free menus and that my son had an allergy and needed to be seated as far away from te bar which allows smoking as possible. When we arrived, the hostess paid no regard to our previously discusses requests and tried to seat us directly next to the bar. When we asked for a different location, she was very irritated. She finally walked us to the back table after trying to seat us too close multiple times. Then she handed us regular menus. When we requested gluten free menus, she was even more irritated. She finally brought the Menus back and we were prepared to order...however, no wait staff had even so much as said hello. In fact, we waited so long to even be spoken to that we had time to get angry about the wait, look up the contact information for another restaurant, call said restaurant, speak to their kitchen manager about our allergies, and get up to leave before anyone even so much as looked twice at our table. Very poor service with no regard to serious allergies.
This was my first time trying fondue and I cannot say enough about the great experience I had here. There are an enormous number of gluten-free options and the servers are well trained about Celiac Disease. Some of them even have Celiac themselves. Ours guided us step-by-step through a four course meal (cheese fondue with GF bread, salad, main course fondue with multiple dipping sauces, and dessert fondue). Everything was delicious but the dessert course was out of this world! The dippers for the chocolate included celiac safe snickerdoodle cookies, chocolate brownies, marshmallows, strawberries, and bananas. It was a feast! It’s pricey but for a special occasion or just a-la-carte, I highly recommend you go.

Took my daughter for the first time and was blown away with their gluten free selection and knowledge. I spent dinner saying “we can’t eat that” and always got the reply “it’s gluten free”. Menu is clearly marked. We are also vegetarian usually making gluten free eating tricky. Not here. Best dining experience in a long time! I cannot wait to do it again. The Melting Pot will be our new go to restaurant!
Update: we went last Sunday 10/12/2024 and despite telling everyone who would listen we were gluten free everything we ordered came with gluten. Took two hours for dinner because we were constantly waiting. Good thing I knew what shouldn’t be there because they were oblivious. Called the manager and told her the next day. The owner offered us $20 odd the next meal. Ridiculous.
