We had an amazing dinner last night. The gluten-free menu is detailed, listing exactly what changes need to happen in which dishes (some of the cheese fondues substitute Redbridge beer for the lager beers, no croutons on salads, etc). We had the Endless Fondue special, which gives you four courses (cheese, salad, entree, dessert) with unlimited meats for your entree. The cheese fondue came with gluten-free brown bread; we had to skip the teriyaki sirloin and the spinach ravioli on the entree; dessert had gluten-free brownies and pound cake. Their gluten-free items come from French Meadow Bakery. I recommend getting the premium cheese fondue dippers as well; the meats really add nuance to the course. A nice, leisurely, 3-hour dinner.
