Review of The Mercantile

I highly do not recommend The Mercantile if you have celiac. There was cross contamination on almost every item on their menu — despite GF markings. Was told there was risk for cross contamination on their fried “GF” apps, and when I asked manager what the risk was he explained that it was a shared fryer but that “90% of allergens are killed with high heat” which is absolutely not true for gluten.
