The other reviews are accurate in that the people are knowledgeable and nice, but they told us they really don’t recommend us eating here. The hostess said that the risk for Celiacs is too high because they do their best to use separate utensils and change gloves, but it’s set up as a cooking line so all the food sections and dishes get contaminated really fast. We probably would have eaten here anyways and taken the risk that they’d do their best, except for the fact that the guy said he really thought it was a bad idea because all the prepared ingredients are already contaminated. So we left.

LOVED THIS PLACE. Felt very safe eating here. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and went back to talk to the kitchen when we placed our orders. She brought out warm tortillas for the salsa instead of chips (they are fried). Also best margarita I’ve ever had!

They do not have dedicated gluten free areas, and the fryer is not gluten free. The staff is very knowledgeable about gluten issues and does their best to avoid cross-contamination but they are also honest with you up front that there is a risk. The kitchen help came out and talked with me and insured me they would do everything possible to avoid cross-contamination, I was impressed with how knowledgeable everyone was.
Our 4 celiac kids had the fajitas. The servings for one fajita could have feed 2 adults! And the food was amazing! Even with the risk of Cross-Contamination no one got sick! It was one of the best meals we have had in Jackson.

The staff were very knowledgeable about celiac and how to adapt the plates for my daughter (I.e. substituting beans for rice that had gluten). Evrn though they don't have dedicated prep space or fryer they knew to wear gloves while preparing her food. Same owners as Liberty Burger, which is highly rated on this app.
