We left a note about celiac when booking a reservation here. When we arrived, the host mentioned he had read the note and that the restaurant was “ready” for us. While there is no mention of GF anywhere on the menu, our waiter was extremely kind and knowledgeable (“buckwheat!”) and walked us through what could be possible based on the existing menu options (including offering potential modifications). The Met Dining Room is clearly used to guests who have celiac and those who are GF by choice. While the kitchen did not have any GF pasta for a substitution, they had GF burger buns and also brought warm GF rolls to our table.
