Incredible service. Staff understood celiac and gluten intolerance. Food was amazing.
Some items were already gluten free and they were able to modify others. Server was very knowledgeable. Beware: some items that are usually safe (like soft tacos) are not, because they use a corn and flour blend for their tortillas.
Very nice restaurant for a date night, the waiter was very knowledgeable about what the gluten free items were on the menu. Highly recommend!

We ate here last minute after a flight and we were starving. We were completely unaware of how amazing of an experience we were in for! Wayne was our server and he took phenomenal care of us. The food was beyond all expectations, the salsa flight, the meal, the drinks, the dessert drink… 1000% would recommend and eat here again! Thank you, Wayne, for your attention to detail in all areas (and especially where gluten was concerned) and for serving us one of the best meals of our lives.

Absolutely LOVED this place! They had a allergen specialist who walked me though the entire menu and the waiters were also extremely knowledgeable. I am extremely sensitive and did not have any issues.
Felt very safe eating here! They could make almost anything gluten-free. This is a great place to come for a birthday or special occasion.
Decided to take a chance at this restaurant in Dallas and I am amazed. The allergist specialist came out and talked to us to ensure I have a safe meal. Chips are in a dedicated fryer and she went through the entire menu with me to let me know what I could eat. Most of it is inherently gluten free.
