I was able to order the chicken Mexican rice bowl from staff at the bar and they assured me the meal would be made safely. They have a binder with all the allergens listed.

They have two gluten free breakfast options. A Mexican breakfast bowl with eggs, beans and lettuce, as well as an Irish breakfast, eggs, bacon, beans etc.. The ordering kiosk has allergen information but since you do not order with a person, I'd recommend at the pick up mentioning cross contamination if highly gluten sensitive. They seem to have lunch and dinner options as well but I got the Irish breakfast NGCI (gluten free). Decent meal if you want some protein before a flight. I'm a non-symptomatic celiac so can't comment on safety per say since I wouldn't know if I was glutened or not.

The Mezz has a number of different food concessions all served from a single kitchen. Food orders are made at touchscreens, which show the menu and allergens, but direct those with allergies to the bar to order. The GF choices are very limited, but Camile Thai has a Green Chicken Curry and Ancho Hanco Mexican has a Beef Mexican Rice Bowl and a Chicken Mexican Rice Bowl. Staff double check allergens from an allergen menu before placing an order.
