Several gf options. While it is a small shared kitchen the staff are knowledgeable and take extra care to ensure safety. I have eaten here several times with no reaction.

Was a bit hesitant to eat out here due to the one review on the app. But to my surprise it was a good experience. They have a bunch of gluten free options listed, but do ask your server details. The server was very good in responding to my needs as a celiac, I felt comfortable. The fryer is shared so unfortunately can’t do any fries. I actually had a GF pasta dish and it was delicious. The server came up to my table to inform me I couldn’t have any of the other persons dish at the table, which I appreciated because it told me she was being mindful, and wanted to make sure I wouldn’t taste something that was unsafe. I had no reaction!

Admittedly, this was my mistake. After researching some restaurants in the area on a trip to Blue, I chose The Mill based on their online menu which listed a number of GF options and/or substitutions. I should have called to confirm. When we went to order, I told the server I was celiac. She made me feel very uncomfortable saying that there was a high risk of cc because the kitchen was not GF. The fries which are listed as GF, use a shared fryer. I ordered the salmon, confirmed it was cooked on a clean surface and substituted roasted vegetables (which consisted of a few squares of carrots and three brussel sprouts) for the spaetzle. I regretted ordering right away because the server was so dismissive. I had a few bites of the salmon - which was dry and the red cabbage was terrible. Even my non GF dinner companions weren’t impressed with the food. Thankfully, I had no reaction, but I also didn’t really have dinner. I would not recommend this restaurant and definitely won’t be going there again which is a shame because we’re usually up at Blue 2 or 3 weeks every year but there are much better - and safer - options.
