The Mill House

The staff was very professional and kind, as well as taking gluten free seriously and delivered us safe food. It was delicious, and the view of the plantation and the mountains is amazing. I oredered the taro risotto which was a unique masterpiece.

Staff was knowledgeable and accommodating- our reservation included that my kids have celiac and the server actually brought it up with suggestions for them before we did. Kids had chicken, rice, veggies, fruit with yogurt. My husband and I can have gluten, but there were plenty of gf options on the menu. Gorgeous restaurant, great food and drinks. There are also grounds with ducks and fish my kids liked exploring after dinner and while waiting for the food.

Beautiful setting! Staff is very knowledgeable here. They isn’t a dedicated gluten free menu, but there are several items that are either naturally gluten free or that they can make gluten free. What I loved is that not once did our waiter mention “gluten free” items, he kept stating things as “celiac safe” instead. Had a delicious farm to table meal here!

The waitress was very helpful! Their fryer isn’t dedicated GF anymore so that was a bummer. I had the shrimp and fish curry and it was amazing! Cocktails are creative and out of this world. The whole property is gorgeous—can’t wait to go back!

Exceptional. My favorite meal in Maui! The entire staff is well versed in handling not just gluten free, but celiac. For things that might have even the slightest risk of cross contamination, they modified without me having to ask. We had the Chickpea Panisse, Ceviche they modified with cucumber slices, and I had the fresh fish. My fish was incredible with layered flavor and perfectly cooked. I loved everything, and the entire wait staff was attentive, friendly, and detail oriented. Being a Celiac while traveling is super scary, but I could not recommend The Mill House more.
