The Mill Restaurant & Golf Course

Went for Supper. Items that are GF were clearly marked in menu. Not a huge selection though. When I inquired about protocols for cc I was told they call the kitchen directly when a celiac order is placed. The kitchen shuts down and is thoroughly cleaned prior to making the meal. All separate pans/utensils are used. A manager delivered my meal while stating it was a Celiac safe meal with no cc.

I had the Salmon dish which was yummy.
