If the menu item contains all naturally gluten-free ingredients they label it as "(gf)" but today while walking through the line I noticed they were cooking the chicken on the same grill they were toasting bread on. I advised them that I have a gluten allergy and asked if they used a different grill for the gluten-free food. The gentleman acted very confused and told me they don't use butter, that they use oil to cook the chicken in. I told him the bread contains the gluten, not butter. He told me they don't have a separate grill and that they could change their gloves. Expected more knowledgeable employees since they have so much labeled GF
