Stumbled upon The Moo while out walking in town and I wandered in. They’ve only been open a week. Very friendly people and many flavors of soft serve and hand-dipped ice cream. The owner/manager (?) is a chef at another establishment and is knowledgeable about dietary restrictions. She plans to add sandwiches and salads soon, including vegan and gf options.
