They clean and sanitize between batches when making. They Offer both regular and gluten free desserts. There is a possibility of cross contamination from wheat flour in the air. They do their best to keep gluten free products separate.

Best gluten free pies I have ever had! They keep one flavor ready to go in their personal size pie but can make several others in personal and regular size pies with 24 hours notice.
