My experience started out quite good and turned very bad! They seemed very responsive to my dietary requirements when I placed my order. However, I ended up getting a non-gluten free bun with my burger! This was not revealed to me until I had eaten half of the burger! They laid blame on our waitress who was a very recent addition to the staff. However, I feel the staff as a whole should have taken responsibility for this mistake.

We went and spoke to this restaurant and they expressly said they couldn’t cater for coeliacs despite the large number of GFO items on the menu

Ate here last night, gluten free menu however no dedicated fryer despite hot chips being included on the gf menu. Staff member I talked to was great, very accommodating. Daughter well today so the nachos from the kids menu were a safe option
