What a beautiful setting to enjoy fresh seafood. All the seafood and salads are gluten free. They said the risotto is not safe. Not sure why but I went with what they said. The village salad was huge and the sautéed mussels was also a generous portion for the price. Everything is well priced except the main fish mala were quite a bit more expensive. One order of the sautéed mussels ($5.50 USD) and the village salad ($4 USD) was enough food for me. My husband had the mussels risotto and daughter had the mussels linguine. Each of those were only about $7 USD. All outdoor seating in shade. They farm the mussels right there. So fresh!!

This restaurant has it all - it’s in a beautiful, serene location with tasty seafood and excellent customer service. I explained that I have Celiac to the waiter and he immediately knew what I was talking about . He directed me towards the grilled seafood options (it sounded to me like they have a grill specifically just for seafood). I asked him about the fries but he was quick to say the fryer was not safe, so I was avoided those. I also ordered the sautéed mussels which he said should be safe.
The seafood was excellent and the when the waiter came by a couple other times, he continued to reassure me that my food is safe. I speak Albanian so I explained Celiac disease in Albanian, but I’m pretty sure the staff there also know English.
I am pretty sensitive to gluten and had no reaction after eating there. :)
