I've eaten here twice and they are incredibly accommodating and understanding. They do not have a GF kitchen or fryer, but they are clear on what accommodations can be made and let the diner decide. They have gluten free items and substitutions to make other meals GF. The food is excellent!

The Nest was very accommodating when I went there for brunch. They had a few options that were labeled on their menu, but I did ask the server if they had additional gluten free modifiers. They offered a gluten free bun for any of the breakfast sandwiches and were willing to adjust any of the menu items with home fries. In addition they had gluten free beverages like cider mimosas. Definitely will be coming back to The Nest.
