Bartender said most things can be made gluten free (except vegan burger) and told me fries are made in a dedicated fryer without me asking.
The standard burger and fries was good, solid comfort food (smashed patties, small parts being a little pinker than I like). So far I feel fine, although I'm not incredibly symptomatic.
Service was friendly, brusque but not rude. Like they are happy to help but won't waste time with unnecessary pleasantries. I appreciated it.
