Has a dedicated fryer, not separate, but they don't have anything on their menu that is fried that isn't gluten free. Awesome GF fish and chips! We also had their dill pickle dry rub wings and they were also yummy!

Most of their menu can be modified GF, although it wasnt always explicitly noted and our server was aware of what celiac was and what it meant, and notified us what would be goo for GF people and not celiac people.
