Review of The Nook Neighborhood Bistro

I am confused who is giving people their information on this place being gluten free. The gluten free chicken is fried in the same fryer. Their waffles are made on the same griddle as their gluten waffles They didn't even know that soy sauce contained gluten. I only am giving them 2 stars as they were very up front with ingredient information. I didn't feel safe eating here so I can't attest to the food quality.
