I went for brunch on a Monday so there were very few people there, which meant less cross contamination risk in their small kitchen. I got the spicy hash. Absolutely delicious! My server explained the ingredients and checked in with the chef. I went back for a work event in the evening. The totchos and wings are gluten free, but made in a shared fryer. I got a turkey burger without the bun. Yummy but not too exciting
